We want to make things simple and more rewarding for you when purchasing a new computer or laptop from us.
We’ve gathered that by buying a new computer or laptop you may be replacing your old one but aren’t entirely sure what to do with it.
We’ve therefore introduced the Dump IT scheme where we will take in your old computer or laptop when you purchase a new one from us, and provide up to £75 OFF your new purchase.
How it works:
In store -
Simply bring in your old computer or laptop when ordering or collecting your new purchase. Once we have examined the age, condition and hardware of your old computer or laptop we will provide you with up to £75 OFF your new purchase. Alternatively you can choose to have the value paid in vouchers that can be used in any of our stores at anytime.
At home -
If you have ordered your new computer or laptop in-store and purchased one of our Home Delivery Options we will collect your old computer or laptop once we have delivered and setup your new one.
As we cannot examine the age, condition and the hardware of your old computer or laptop at your home we will bring it back to one of our stores to be examined.
Once we have fully examined your old computer or laptop and determined the value, we will send you vouchers for the amount that can be used in any of our stores at anytime.
